Guided Walks In Dublin

Guided Walks In Dublin

Dublin Walking Tours with a Dubliner

Those "free" walking tours in Dublin city center? They're usually led by English language students who just moved here last month. Want to see the real Dublin instead?

I'm Darragh, born and raised in Dublin. My tour is more like a walk with a local friend, than a historical date filled slog where you half expect a test at the end.

Why Choose My Tours?

You will

  • See the spectacular Dublin coastline
  • Walk through real Dublin villages
  • Get stories about modern Ireland from someone who grew up here
  • Learn about Irish culture, including why my dad is banned for life from Gaelic football
  • See Dublin's ugliest building in the post part of town
  • Hear why Ireland didn't want €16B from Apple
  • Get local tips for the rest of your Ireland trip
  • Keep it snall with groups of 8 or less

The Howth Cliffs Tour (Fridays, 10am)

Howth Cliff Walk Dublin

Take the most spectacular walk in Dublin along the Howth Cliffs, the smarter route to take, spot seals in the harbour, hear my family's fishing history in Howth, and get photos at the path the tourists miss.

The Village Tour (Saturdays, 10am)

St Anne's Park Dublin

Experience a real Dublin Saturday morning. Browse the farmers market, walk through St. Anne's Park, see where and how Dubliners actually live, then get views over all of Dublin from the accidental beach island of Bull Island. This is my neighbourhood where I live, it doesn't get more local than this.

"Darragh was such a great guide! Excellent communication throughout and he even made a video to help make sure I got to our meeting point easily and could recognize him. It was really special to see Dublin through the eyes of a local who has a lot of love for and knowledge about his community. The tours were exactly the experience I wanted; a mix of walking, history, chatting and beautiful scenery"
